Natural Childbirth~Giving birth is a natural process but many mothers suffer from fear based on stories form family and friends. It is this fear that drives their beliefs about pain, discomfort, even physical damage.
Hypnosis helps to remove the uneccessary fears and actually enables relaxation and pain control so that mother and baby both enjoy the birth.
